VENUE Wandin East Indoor Sports Facility Wandin East Recreation Reserve 72 Monbulk-Seville Road 3139 WHEN 5th and 6th July 2025 We kindly ask all competitors to setup their equipment at your car due to the limited space we have in the venue.   EVENTS Saturday - Double Australian Indoor Round 18m (Vegas style) (2 x 30 arrow rounds) Sunday - Single World Archery Indoor 18m round (60 arrows) Max 80 entrants, 40 Morning flight, 40 Midday flight. note: We have only 3 spots left in the Morning flight, If you are having any issues with Assemble showing as full please call Rae on 0418 514 234 Midday flight is full. There are a possiable 0 Para Archery spots avaliable for the Midday flight. There are a possiable 4 Para Archery spots avaliable for the Morning flight   FEES Adult entrants $ 55 Junior entrant $ 35 The Fees shown are for full event (both days). Multiple Flights: With four venues in Victoria this year we will be allowing multiple flight entries. Individual flight entry fees to be paid for each seperate entry. The week between the closing of entries and the “hard lock” will enable any inaccuracies with registrations – bow types/age etc to be amended.. If the cancellation is advised formally (in writing either mail, fax or email) with the Organising Committee not less then 72 hours prior to the event a full refund will be issued following the completion of the competition. If an archer cancels less then 72 hours prior to the event, a refund will be issued less any Judges levy. At the discretion of the Organising Committee they may deduct 20% of the entry fee to cover expenses. If the archer fails to attend the competition without any prior notice they will forfeit all entry fees paid unless they can render written proof of their inability to attend such as medical certificate or police report.
