Important! Want to Try Archery?  Yering District Archers Have Come N Try Sessions on most Saturdays Morning's from 9:30am to 10:30am run by our dedicated and qualified coaches. Cost is $15 per person, including the use of our equipment and facilities. It's an easy way to have some affordable family fun!  Tickets Sales close 8:00pm on Fridays. Please arrive by 9:15am for allocation of equipment Rules and Covid19 Conditions Currently limited to 20 participants Please show your purchase receipt at time of arrival, a wrist band will be given.  When purchasing multiple tickets, every person who is shooting must have a ticket with their personal details. Closed toe shoes must be worn, no open toe shoes allowed. Ensure your clothing is not too baggy as this may impede the bow string.  Please bring your own hat, sunscreen, there is limited shade.  We do not accept cash payments at this stage. Come n try Participants must wash and sanitise their hands before archery equipment is allocated to you. The kitchen is not available for use at this stage; however, you are welcome to bring your own water bottle, hot drink and food. All participants are to remain 1.5m apart at all times unless you reside from the same household. You must carry a mask with you at all times and wear it if you are within 1.5m of another person or are inside one of our buildings. Persons who require a carer can attend and form part of our group patron cap, their full name and contact number must be included in your ticket purchase on the next page. Only 1 carer is permitted. Persons under the age of 18 require a parent/guardian/carer and form part of our group patron cap, their full name and contact number must be included in your ticket purchase on the next page. Only 1 parent/guardian/carer is permitted. If you do not require a carer/parent, N/A can be entered into this field to allow the ticket to proceed. Cancellation of your session must be done within 24 hours before the booked session. A refund may be given but will incur a small admin fee. There is a maximum of two people per target unless you reside from the same household, we can have 4 on a target butt. If you are using our rest facilities, we kindly ask to keep this clean and disinfect surfaces when finished. People who turn up without a prior booking will not be accepted. Anyone failing to abide by the rules and conditions may be asked to leave the club grounds A briefing will be given by the coaches prior to commencing the Come n Try Session. By signing up you have agreed to the COVID-19 Terms and Conditions. Please do not attend if you are unwell or experiencing any symptoms on the day, or have been in contact with a known positive case in the last two weeks. Density cap for indoor areas are: Club room = 3 persons Club office =1 person Equipment container = 1 person Maintenance container = 1 person Kitchen/storage container = 1 person   - Please be aware that Come n try Classes will be operating from Bay 1 to Bay 10. Setting up is 8:00am - pack up by 12:00pm. - Bays 11, 12, 13 are closed to ensure we have a min space between come n try and members shooting. You are allowed on bays 14, 15, 16, 17, 18 & 19. This allowes 12 members to shoot in the morning. The above layout discription may change Saturday mornings due to a large numbers of beginners requiring more shooting bays, members may be contacted to ask if they can politely move into the second shooting session.   - Members are to keep clear of the come n try are while the groups are in operation. - please carry a mask with you at all times. - two people from different household can be on one buttress and target face. - Parent, Guardian, Carer also required to obtain a ticket or can scan the QR code and register there attendance  - multiple members from the same household can acquire tickets through the one purchase - Please read our Return to Play Plan so you are aware of the requirements.
