EVENTS

Saturday - Double Australian Indoor Round 18m (Vegas style) (2 x 30 arrow rounds)
Sunday - Single World Archery Indoor 18m round (60 arrows)

Max 80 entrants, 40 Morning flight, 40 Midday flight.

note: As at 10:00 am 17/04/2024

There are a possiable 4 Para Archery spots avaliable for the Midday flight.
There are a possiable 4 Para Archery spots avaliable for the Morning flight

 

FEES

Adult entrants $50.00

Junior entrant $40.00

The Fees shown are for full event (both days).

Multiple Flights: With four venues in Victoria this year we will be allowing multiple flight entries. Individual flight entry fees to be paid for each seperate entry.

 

ENTRY CLOSE

AA hard entry lock - 6th June 2024 – Individual entries as well as Open and RGB team entries close. no more entries will be exepted by AA ruling.

Changes to registered Open and RGB teams may be made up until midnight 13th July
2024 at 11:59pm.

WITHDRAWAL and REFUND POLICY

An archer after entering a tournament may cancel their entry.

If the cancellation is advised formally (in writing either mail, fax or email) with the Organising Committee not less then 72 hours prior to the event a full refund will be issued following the completion of the competition.

If an archer cancels less then 72 hours prior to the event, a refund will be issued less any Judges levy. At the discretion of the Organising Committee they may deduct 20% of the entry fee to cover expenses.

If the archer fails to attend the competition without any prior notice they will forfeit all entry fees paid unless they can render written proof of their inability to attend such as medical certificate or police report. In this case the archer will receive a refund less any Judges levy and at the discretion of the Organising Committee they may deduct 20% of the entry fee to cover expenses.

 

MEDIA CONSENT

By entering the proposed event on the registration form provided, you are consenting to the disclosure of personal information to be published on the Yering District Archers Inc, Archery Victoria and/or Archery Australia websites, newsletter and other publications such as Facebook. This consent only applies to the following

1. Photographs

2. Results of the event

3. Awards, scholarships, prizes received by entrants due to this event

4. Other specific items identified by Yering District Archers Inc, Archery Victoria and/or Archery Australia

Entrants should be made aware that by giving this consent, they are permitting personal information about them to be published, which can be viewed by anyone who accesses Yering District Archers Inc, Archery Victoria and Archery Australia website or other publications including Facebook, and that if consent is withheld, this publication will be withheld.

Entrants further understand that this consent may be withdrawn at any time, upon written notice, and that consent is given voluntarily.
